CAKE FLAVORS: chocolate, vanilla, white, marble, spice, strawberry, and carrot cake.

CAKE FILLINGS: mocha, chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, cream cheese, vanilla, vanilla bean, pumpkin pie, peanut butter, pineapple, apple pie, Bailey's Irish Cream (extra charge) and Kahlua (extra charge).

All fillings and icings have a silky whipped texture with just enough sweetness....without being overly sweet.

Quality ingredients are used in all of my cakes. The buttercream icing I make is also the base for all my fillings as well and only consists of 3 ingredients....butter, eggs, and extra fine sugar. Any flavors are also made with quality ingredients as well. My strawberry and raspberry fillings are made with the above list as well as REAL berries that are cooked down and then added. Chocolate....made from real chocolate melted down. Vanilla bean....the “caviar” is scraped  from the pod and then added to the icing.

Cake exterior can be buttercream, ganache, or fondant.
