Our Story
The Hudson Cake Studio was founded in the Hudson Valley, but is now located outside of Ithaca, NY in the Southern Tier/Finger Lakes area. We are dedicated to making delicious, high-quality, custom cakes and desserts from scratch and fresh to order for any occasion – including weddings and any other events big and small – right in the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes regions. We operate out of our licensed commercial kitchen, but do not have a storefront. We can also accommodate last minute orders depending on the time of year. Everything is made fresh to order!

At The Hudson Cake Studio, we’re proud to serve clients in the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes regions with our delicious, custom desserts – ranging from cakes, to decorated sugar cookies, cupcakes, pies, and more! Desserts for all occasions in the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes regions. We also offer wedding cakes and desserts for weddings and large events in the Hudson Valley. Delivery is assessed from the city of Hudson.
